Vacatureomschrijving

Voor een organisatie binnen de energiesector zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Management Officer (PMO) ter ondersteuning van de capaciteitsmanagementketen. In deze rol ben je een onmisbare schakel in het organiseren van complexe samenwerkingen, het coördineren van interne communicatie en het aanbrengen van structuur binnen projecten, programma’s en portfolio’s. Je zorgt voor inzicht, overzicht en een effectieve governance, ondersteunt besluitvormingsprocessen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van projectmanagementwerkwijzen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van samenwerking, het bewaken van voortgang en het versterken van de interne communicatie rondom de keten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Organiseren en structureren van ketenoverleggen, werksessies en besluitvormingsprocessen.
  • Voorbereiden, faciliteren en begeleiden van workshops en werksessies.
  • Ondersteunen van management en ketenregie met planning, coördinatie en projectbeheersing.
  • Verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van project- en voortgangsinformatie.
  • Bewaken van voortgang, acties, afhankelijkheden en risico’s binnen het ketenportfolio.
  • Implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van projectmanagementprocessen en werkwijzen.
  • Verbeteren van governance, samenwerking en ketensturing.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en adviseren over passende verbetermaatregelen.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van interne communicatieactiviteiten en communicatieplannen.
  • Coördineren van communicatie-uitingen en bijdragen aan zichtbaarheid van behaalde resultaten.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een complexe organisatie, bij voorkeur in een PMO-rol.
  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante studierichting.
  • Ervaring met het organiseren van besluitvorming, governance en overlegstructuren.
  • Kennis van capaciteitsmanagement en ketensamenwerking.
  • Ervaring met projectondersteuning, planning en portfolio- of programmamanagement.
  • Vaardig in Excel, Planview en MS Project.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en in staat complexe vraagstukken snel te doorgronden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
  • Proactieve, gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen overzicht te bewaren over meerdere initiatieven tegelijkertijd.
  • Affiniteit met de energietransitie is een pré.
