Description du poste

Directement rattaché au Delivery Manager, vous aurez en charge la gestion opérationnelle d’une équipe de techniciens HelpDesk en vous assurant du respect des procédures et des engagements.

Missions :

  • Vous managez la production au quotidien (gestion des priorités, planning, organisation des tâches de l’équipe)
  • Vous pilotez la mise en place des procédures et la gestion de la connaissance,
  • Vous prenez en charge l’intégration, l’accompagnement et la formation des collaborateurs de votre équipe,
  • Vous êtes garant du fonctionnement optimal de la production dans le respect des objectifs, notamment en matière de qualité de service client (reporting, suivi statistiques)
  • Vous êtes force de proposition afin d’optimiser la qualité de la prestation (participation au comité technique)
  • Vous participez aux interventions de support auprès des utilisateurs.

Qualifications

  • Vous parlez aisément le Français et l’Anglais
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans l’informatique et vous avez déjà coordonné une équipe de techniciens helpdesk et/ou de proximité.
  • Votre autonomie, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse seront des critères déterminants pour réussir dans ce poste.
  • Maitrise des fondamentaux métiers du service desk et/ou de proximité.
  • Connaissances techniques de l’environnement utilisé (applicatifs métiers, outils de diagnostic, environnement bureautique…)​
  • Bac + une formation qualifiante en informatique et/ou une expérience minimum de 3 ans sur poste équivalent
  • Supervision d'une équipe 24/7
