A área de Planejamento Estratégico é responsável por conectar visão corporativa, alocação de recursos e execução de iniciativas críticas, garantindo consistência entre crescimento orgânico, integração de aquisições e geração de valor de longo prazo.

Buscamos um Gerente Sênior de Estratégia e Integração (PMI) para atuar em uma das maiores empresas de software para o mercado financeiro no Brasil, em um contexto de forte expansão, busca por eficiência e consolidação via aquisições.

Esse cargo será responsável por:

  • Liderar o ciclo anual de planejamento estratégico (Annual Planning), estruturando o processo ponta a ponta, da definição de prioridades corporativas ao desdobramento de metas por unidade de negócio;
  • Orquestrar a integração pós-aquisição (PMI) de forma estruturada e orientada a captura de valor, incluindo definição de sinergias, tracking de iniciativas e governança de execução;
  • Atuar como PMO estratégico de iniciativas críticas, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia e execução em programas transversais;
  • Traduzir prioridades estratégicas em planos executáveis, com clareza de dependências, milestones e impactos financeiros e operacionais;
  • Construir e manter dashboards executivos de performance, conectando indicadores financeiros, operacionais e de integração;
  • Preparar materiais e análises para comitês executivos e fóruns de decisão, suportando discussões de trade-offs, priorização e alocação de capital;
  • Garantir a disciplina de execução do portfólio estratégico, assegurando accountability, ritmo de gestão (cadence) e transparência de status;
  • Apoiar decisões de crescimento inorgânico e orgânico, conectando estratégia

Para dar #match, essa vaga necessita que atenda alguns requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Forte capacidade analítica e estrutural, com orientação a value creation e impacto financeiro mensurável;
  • Experiência com PMI, transformação, consultoria estratégica, private equity ou ambientes tech de alta complexidade;
  • Capacidade de operar simultaneamente entre estratégia corporativa e execução hands-on de programas críticos;
  • Forte exposição a C-level e decisões de portfólio / priorização de capital;
  • Mentalidade orientada a dados, performance e accountability de resultados;
  • Confortável com ambientes dinâmicos, alta ambiguidade e múltiplos stakeholder.
  • Formação Superior completa;
  • Inglês avançado.
