Sobre a vaga:

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Backoffice para integrar nosso time e contribuir com a gestão e o acompanhamento das operações de cobrança, por meio da análise de indicadores, monitoramento de carteiras, elaboração de relatórios e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e automação de processos, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a eficiência operacional da área.

Suas principais atividades:

  • Elaborar, manter e aprimorar dashboards de indicadores de cobrança utilizando Power BI.
  • Acompanhar as carteiras de cobrança, monitorando indicadores, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Realizar o follow-up das ações de cobrança, avaliando sua efetividade e propondo ajustes nas réguas de cobrança e nos critérios de priorização.
  • Apoiar a área de Contabilidade com informações e bases de dados necessárias para o cálculo da Provisão para Devedores Duvidosos (PDD).
  • Elaborar análises e relatórios periódicos para acompanhamento dos resultados e suporte à tomada de decisão da gestão.
  • Interagir com áreas internas e parceiros externos de cobrança, garantindo a qualidade, a consistência e a confiabilidade das bases de dados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação de processos, rotinas e relatórios, inclusive por meio de ferramentas de inteligência artificial.
  • Participar de audiências, quando necessário, em conjunto com o advogado da empresa, apoiando as negociações com os clientes.
  • Acompanhar e manter a contabilização dos recebíveis, conforme os procedimentos e as orientações da área de Faturamento.
  • Prestar suporte técnico ao advogado da empresa, auxiliando na análise de casos, na elaboração de defesas em processos cíveis e nas negociações com a Diretoria.
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme orientação do superior imediato.

  • Excel intermediário a avançado, com conhecimento em análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI para acompanhamento de indicadores e dashboards.
  • Perfil analítico, com capacidade de interpretar resultados e propor melhorias.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.
  • Proatividade e interesse em automação de processos e ferramentas de inteligência artificial.
  • Experiência em cobrança ou recuperação de recebíveis será considerada diferencial.
