Sua missão: recuperar os valores em atraso sem perder a boa relação com o cliente: entender por que o pagamento parou, negociar uma saída que ele consiga cumprir e acompanhar o acordo até a quitação. Não é só ligar e cobrar: é ouvir, argumentar, negociar e registrar cada contato, sem constrangimento e sem desistir no primeiro "não".

O que você vai fazer: Atendimento aos clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e presencialmente; Contato com clientes inadimplentes, seguindo a régua de cobrança da área; Negociação de acordos dentro das condições definidas pela empresa; Acompanhamento de cada acordo até a quitação; Registro de todo contato e negociação no sistema; Cumprimento das metas de recuperação.

O que você precisa saber: Boa comunicação verbal; Facilidade para falar com o público; Conhecimento de técnicas de persuasão e cobrança; Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial em Joinville/SC.

Diferenciais: experiência com cobrança ou recuperação de crédito em escritório de advocacia, assessoria ou financeira, noções do Código de Defesa do Consumidor aplicadas à cobrança e vivência com CRM ou sistemas de cobrança.
