Apresentação do cargo O cargo faz parte da Gerência de Inteligência de Mercado, que fica sob a Diretoria Comercial. A pessoa vai transformar dados comerciais em planejamento e decisão. Isso inclui construir e manter os modelos de metas e cenários, acompanhar o resultado em relação ao plano e automatizar rotinas de dados, para que a área comercial tenha informação confiável no tempo certo.

Principais atividades executadas

  • Apoiar o planejamento comercial: metas, cenários e acompanhamento dos resultados.
  • Analisar indicadores de vendas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Extrair, tratar e consolidar dados de diferentes fontes.
  • Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Automatizar processos e rotinas da área.
  • Elaborar materiais de apoio à tomada de decisão da liderança comercial.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Estatística, Ciência de Dados ou áreas afins.
  • Uso prático de ferramentas de IA generativa no dia a dia de trabalho, em análise ou automação.
  • Experiência com modelos de planejamento ou com análise de indicadores.
  • Raciocínio analítico e comunicação clara e objetiva de números.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Salesforce ou outro CRM.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de energia (GD, geração compartilhada, mercado livre).
  • Conhecimento dos processos comerciais da Evolua.
