Será responsável por transformar dados em análises claras e recomendações práticas para as áreas de Vendas, Marketing, Trade e Diretoria, apoiando decisões de curto e médio prazo.

Formação acadêmica

· Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing, Matemática, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.

· Pós-graduação/MBA em Inteligência de Mercado, Business Analytics, Marketing, Finanças ou Gestão Comercial é um diferencial.

Experiência prévia em:

o Inteligência de Mercado, Planejamento Comercial, BI, Controladoria Comercial, Trade Marketing ou áreas afins.

· Desejável experiência em distribuidoras de alimentos, indústrias de alimentos e bebidas ou varejo alimentar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Análises e relatórios

· Elaborar e manter dashboards de BI (Power BI) com KPIs comerciais:

o faturamento, volume, margem, ticket médio, mix de produtos;

o performance por canal, região, categoria, vendedor e cliente.

· Produzir análises recorrentes (diárias, semanais, mensais), garantindo confiabilidade e consistência dos dados.

· Realizar análises de comportamento de clientes: ativos, inativos, churn, frequência de compra, potencial de crescimento.

Suporte à área comercial e trade

· Apoiar a equipe de vendas na definição e acompanhamento de metas por canal, região e carteira.

· Mapear oportunidades de cross-sell e up-sell com base em dados de consumo e histórico de compra.

· Apoiar o Trade Marketing em análises de campanhas, sazonalidade e performance por categoria (Páscoa, festas juninas, Natal, verão, etc.).

Rentabilidade, mix e pricing

· Realizar estudos de rentabilidade por cliente, categoria e canal, identificando pontos de erosão de margem.

· Analisar o mix de vendas por canal/região, sugerindo ajustes para melhorar margem e giro.

· Apoiar projetos de pricing e política comercial (descontos, bonificações, faixas de preço por canal).

Dados de mercado e concorrência

· Apoiar na coleta e organização de dados de mercado e concorrentes (preços, portfólio, presença em canais, campanhas).

· Integrar dados internos com fontes externas (pesquisas setoriais, dados públicos, relatórios de clientes).

Rotinas e melhoria contínua

· Colaborar com o time para padronizar cadastros e dicionário de dados (categorias, canais, segmentos de clientes).

· Sugerir melhorias em relatórios, processos e modelos analíticos para ganhar eficiência e qualidade.

· Apoiar o desenvolvimento de analistas mais juniores, compartilhando boas práticas de análise.

Formação Acadêmica

· Cursos desejados: Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing, Matemática, Ciências de Dados ou áreas correlatas.

· Pós-graduação/MBA em Inteligência de Mercado, Business Analytics ou Gestão Comercial é diferencial.
