DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO

– Planejar, programar e comunicar de coletas e entregas, relacionando veículos e motoristas

– Registrar e atualizar de forma física e digital, processos de atendimento a clientes

– Informar aos clientes do status de coleta e entrega

– Auxiliar nas atividades de coordenação

– Atendimento a clientes internos e externos

– Acompanhar processos de importação/exportação, internos e externos

– Atender motoristas para instrução de viagens

– Monitorar veículos através dos sistemas de monitoramento

– Conduzir cadastros e liberações junto a parceiros comerciais

– Conferir documentos

– Emitir documentos fiscais

– Cotar produtos e serviços e apresentar comparação de preço à gestão

– Imprimir e digitalizar documentos

– Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais

– Abrir e fechar o estabelecimento quando necessário

– Obedecer e cumprir normas internas e de saúde e segurança do trabalho (ex: uso de EPIs)

REQUISITOS

– Ensino Técnico ou Superior completo em Administração, ou Logística, ou áreas correlatas.

– Experiência na função, no mínimo 1 ano.

– Pacote Office: Excel, Word e PowerPoint.
