Buscamos um Engenheiro de Planejamento e Controle para atuar como braço direito da liderança, responsável pela coordenação, acompanhamento e otimização de múltiplos projetos de obras industriais. Esta é uma posição estratégica que combina expertise técnica com habilidades excepcionais de organização e gestão de pessoas, funcionando como um "Ministério Público" interno da empresa.

Responsabilidades Principais

  • Coordenação de Projetos: Acompanhar simultaneamente 5-6 projetos de obras industriais, criando agendas, reuniões de acompanhamento e relatórios de status
  • Planejamento e Controle: Validar cronogramas, sequências executivas, produtividade e alocação de recursos junto aos gestores de contrato
  • Follow-up e Cobrança: Realizar acompanhamento sistemático de atividades, pendências e prazos com engenheiros, supervisores, compras e projetos, sem criar atritos desnecessários
  • Interface com Cliente: Participar de reuniões de avanço de obra e manter comunicação estruturada com clientes
  • Antecipação de Problemas: Identificar riscos potenciais e trazer soluções proativas antes que se tornem críticas
  • Consolidação de Informações: Sintetizar dados de 12+ contratos em relatórios executivos, destacando projetos de risco e questões para diretoria
  • Suporte Administrativo Estratégico: Organizar processos, rotinas e sistemas conforme a empresa cresce

Formação e Experiência

  • Engenheiro Civil, de Produção ou Mecânico
  • 5 a 10 anos de experiência em obras industriais
  • Experiência comprovada em planejamento e controle de projetos
  • Vivência em ambiente industrial

Competências Técnicas

  • MS Project
  • Conhecimento em cronogramas, sequências executivas e produtividade
  • Compreensão de suprimentos e alocação de recursos
  • Capacidade de questionar estimativas técnicas com fundamentação
