Empresa no segmento de Engenharia, busca Coordenador(a) Financeiro em Belo Horizonte.

Realizar a gestão do fluxo de caixa diário, semanal e mensal, garantindo o planejamento e o acompanhamento da programação financeira. Analisar indicadores financeiros, necessidades de capital de giro, liquidez, endividamento e capacidade de pagamento da empresa. * Apoiar a Diretoria em análises de viabilidade econômica, investimentos, captação de recursos, antecipação de recebíveis e aplicações financeiras. * Coordenar conciliações bancárias, controle de contas, contratos bancários, limites de crédito, garantias e operações financeiras. * Analisar DRE, Balanço Patrimonial, fluxo de caixa e demais demonstrativos gerenciais, identificando desvios, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria. * Elaborar relatórios financeiros gerenciais para apoio à tomada de decisão da Gerência e Diretoria. * Auditar apropriações de custos, despesas, centros de custos, critérios de rateio e lançamentos financeiros e contábeis. * Implementar controles financeiros voltados à redução de perdas, aumento da eficiência operacional e aderência às políticas internas. * Coordenar estudos tributários, identificando oportunidades de recuperação e aproveitamento de créditos fiscais. * Estruturar, padronizar e melhorar processos financeiros, desenvolvendo indicadores de desempenho, organização documental e suporte a auditorias internas e externas.

Requisitos: Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Finanças.

Experiência com liderança na área financeira.

Desejável: Pós-graduação ou MBA em: o Finanças o Controladoria o Gestão Empresarial o Tributação
