The posting

Estamos em busca de um SDR (Sales Development Representative) proativo e focado em resultados para integrar o time comercial da MaxSafra. O profissional será responsável por qualificar leads de entrada (Inbound) e atuar ativamente na reativação e prospecção sobre a base de dados existente (Outbound/Inbound Ativo), garantindo um fluxo constante de oportunidades qualificadas para a equipe de vendas.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Qualificação de Leads (Inbound): Atender com agilidade os contatos vindos de campanhas, redes sociais e e-commerce, identificando perfil, necessidade e potencial de compra.

• Prospecção e Trabalho Ativo com Base de Dados: Mapear, segmentar e contatar ativamente a base interna de clientes inativos, cadastros antigos e novas listas para gerar novas oportunidades.

• Agendamento e Transição: Qualificar o lead com base nos critérios estabelecidos (ICP, porte, demanda) e agendar reuniões/atendimentos para os executivos de vendas ou consultores técnicos.

• Gestão de Funil no CRM: Registrar interações, históricos de conversas e manter o status dos leads atualizado no sistema de CRM/vendas.

• Nutrição e Follow-up: Realizar fluxos de acompanhamento constante com leads que ainda não estão no momento ideal de compra.

Requisitos e Qualificações

• Experiência prévia como SDR, BDR ou em funções de pré-vendas/atendimento comercial.

• Domínio de rotinas de prospecção ativa e uso de bases de dados/CRM.

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de engajar clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.

• Organização para gerir rotina de alto volume de contatos e acompanhamentos.

• Orientação a metas e facilidade para trabalhar com métricas de desempenho.

Diferenciais

• Conhecimento ou experiência prévia no segmento do agronegócio, insumos agrícolas ou nutrição vegetal.

• Vivência no uso de sistemas de automação de vendas e CRM.
