The posting

Sous l'autorité du chef de service des ateliers et de la direction de l'architecture et des bâtiments, le chef d'équipe électricité organise, coordonne et fait réaliser les travaux de maintenance et de rénovation du patrimoine bâti de la ville d'Evreux et de la communauté d'agglomération Evreux Portes de Normandie (EPN).

A ce poste vous :

  • Assurerez l'entretien des bâtiments villes et EPN,
  • Réaliserez des travaux de maintenance et chantier,
  • Utiliserez le logiciel métier relatif au suivi d'activité des agents, des travaux et activité de l’atelier électricité (ATAL),
  • Piloterez, suivrez et contrôlerez les activités des agents et vous assurerez de leur sécurité,
  • Anticiperez et régulerez les conflits,
  • Mettrez en œuvre les outils de planification et les procédures de contrôle,
  • Participerez au travail de l'équipe et aux réunions,
  • Coordonnerez votre intervention avec celles des autres intervenants,
  • Rendrez compte du travail effectué et organiserez vos tâches en fonction du plan de charge,
  • Gérerez les demandes de travaux,
  • Évaluerez l'enveloppe financière d'un chantier et réaliserez les commandes de fourniture,
  • Maîtriserez les contraintes réglementaires et prendrez en compte les besoins des utilisateurs.

Conditions de travail :

  • Horaires de travail : 8h00 -12h00 / 13h00 - 16h30,
  • Port des EPI obligatoire,
  • Mise à disposition d’un véhicule de service pendant le temps de travail,
  • Téléphone portable professionnel et travail sur écran,
  • Astreintes toutes les 6 semaines.

Ce poste s’adresse à un agent de catégorie C de la filière Technique.

Niveau de diplôme requis : Bac professionnel électricien

Compétences techniques :

  • Organisation et planification des chantiers,
  • Maintenance des bâtiments et diagnostic de premier niveau,
  • Utilisation des matériels, équipements et produit d’entretien,
  • Application des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement,
  • Analyse des situations et identification des dysfonctionnement.

Compétences managériales et relationnelles :

  • Encadrement et suivi d’équipe,
  • Coordination des interventions et travail en transversalité,
  • Communication, médiation et gestion des situations conflictuelles,
  • Accompagnement du changement et sens de la pédagogie.
