DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the sales process from pre-sales through delivery. The role reports to the Sales Director.

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the customer portfolio to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle: Oversee multiple products and solutions throughout the entire sales process, from pre-sales activities and solution design to order processing, delivery, and customer follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Business Development manager :

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to work independently.
