DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Inside Sales Renew is responsible for managing customer renewal activities, ensuring timely quotations and order processing, and supporting revenue retention through effective follow-up and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

As the Inside Sales Renew, you will:

  • Sending quotations: Prepare and issue accurate renewal quotations based on customer requirements, vendor pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Tracking renewal business: Monitor upcoming renewals, follow up on pending opportunities, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely renewals.
  • Processing orders: Validate and process renewal orders accurately and within agreed deadlines, in line with internal procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Inside Sales Renew:

  • Results-oriented: Focused on achieving renewal targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Business-focused: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.
  • Relevant experience: 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or renewals.
  • Ability to work under pressure: Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills: Effective in coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in quotations, renewal tracking, and order processing.
