Deine Rolle

Für unseren Standort in Deutschland suchen wir eine analytisch starke und hands-on arbeitende Persönlichkeit, mit Fokus auf die Unterstützung unseres Geschäfts in Deutschland und den Niederlanden.

In dieser Rolle agierst du als wichtiger Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) für kommerzielle und operative Teams. Der Schwerpunkt liegt insbesondere auf der finanziellen Begleitung von Ausschreibungen mit Krankenkassen, der Analyse von Sell-in / Sell-out und Beständen im Vertriebskanal, der Entwicklung von Business Cases, Budgetierung und Forecasting sowie dem Monitoring von Net Working Capital und COGS-Abstimmungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Business Controllings für Deutschland und die Niederlande
  • Finanzielle Bewertung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Ausschreibungen mit Krankenkassen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzmodellen und Business Cases
  • Analyse von Sell-in / Sell-out, Stock in Channel, Kunden- und Produktprofitabilität sowie Preis- und Margenentwicklungen
  • Monitoring der Geschäftsentwicklung im Vergleich zu Budget, Forecast und Vorjahr
  • Koordination von Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Net Working Capital, Cashflow-relevanten Themen sowie COGS-, Skonto- und Rabattabstimmungen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger und ad hoc Reports für Management und Fachbereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial, Tender, Supply Chain und Management
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Reporting- und Planungsprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder als Finance Business Partner
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in GuV-Analyse, Margenanalyse, Bilanzverständnis, Cashflow und Working Capital
  • Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Abweichungsanalysen und Management Reporting
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäfts- und Marktzusammenhänge
  • Gutes Verständnis des deutschen Generikamarktes ist unverzichtbar, insbesondere in Bezug auf Preis- und Erstattungsmechanismen sowie Ausschreibungen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit SAP, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
