In deiner Rolle als Junior Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Supply Chain Team dabei, die Lieferfähigkeit unserer Produkte sicherzustellen und Bestände für die DACH Länder sowie Kroatien und Slowenien optimal zu steuern. Dabei wirkst du aktiv an Planungs-, Bestell- und Logistikprozessen in einem regulierten pharmazeutischen Umfeld mit und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning und Order Management für DACH, Kroatien und Slowenien mit.
  • Du überwachst Bestände, Reichweiten und Lieferfähigkeit und unterstützt bei der Bestandsoptimierung.
  • Du stimmst dich operativ mit Produktions- und Herstellbetrieben sowie externen Logistikdienstleistern ab
  • Du bearbeitest und dokumentierst Wareneingänge und Retouren.
  • Du prüfst Lieferantenrechnungen und erfasst diese im SAP System.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Finance, Marketing und Quality in Deutschland und Spanien zusammen.
  • Du wirkst an regelmäßigen Abstimmungen zu Forecasting, Bedarfsplanung und Bestandsentwicklung mit.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management oder verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Du bringst ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, in der Logistik, im Order Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktionen mit; Kenntnisse im S&OP sind wünschenswert.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA ist ein Plus.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und sorgfältig und kannst dich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen in einem internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
