Deine Aufgaben

In dieser strategischen Führungsrolle tragen Sie die medizinische Verantwortung für zwei zentrale Therapiebereiche und gestalten die zukünftige Positionierung des Unternehmens maßgeblich:

Neurologie (≈50 %): Aufbau und Gestaltung eines Greenfield-Franchise

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Global Medical und Forschung & Entwicklung
  • Verantwortung für klinische Entwicklungsprogramme, Evidenzgenerierung und Umsetzung der globalen Strategie auf lokale Bedürfnisse
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks von Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Studienzentren und Kompetenzzentren
  • Planung, Initiierung und Betreuung klinischer Studien unter Berücksichtigung klinischer Relevanz, Machbarkeit und Differenzierung der Marke
  • Sichtbare wissenschaftliche Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Kongressen, in Beiräten und in fachlichen Diskussionen
  • Nutzung von KOL-Insights zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Strategie, Studien und Evidenzprioritäten

Frauengesundheit (≈50 %): Leitung und Ausbau eines marktführenden Medical-Teams

  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation eines Teams aus medizinischen Beratern und MSLs
  • Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie für das gesamte Portfolio in Abstimmung mit Markenstrategie und Funktionsbereichen
  • Steuerung von KOL-Aktivitäten, Kongressen, wissenschaftlichen Beiräten und medizinischen Fortbildungen
  • Etablierung von KPIs, Leistungsmanagement und einer Kultur der Eigenverantwortung
  • Enge funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Markenmanagement, Zulassung, Pharmakovigilanz, Qualitätssicherung und Marktzugang
  • Nutzung von Erkenntnissen aus der Praxis zur Stärkung der wissenschaftlichen Führungsrolle und zur Steigerung der Markenwirkung

Strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung

  • Aufbau einer nachhaltigen medizinischen Präsenz in der Neurologie
  • Sicherstellung der wissenschaftlichen Exzellenz, Compliance und regulatorischen Integrität in beiden Bereichen
  • Sichtbare medizinische Führungspersönlichkeit mit strategischem Einfluss und hands-on Umsetzungskompetenz

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium oder naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (MD, PhD, PharmD); neurologischer Hintergrund von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Medical Affairs, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in klinischer Entwicklung, medizinischer Strategie und KOL-Management
  • Ausgeprägte „Builder“-Mentalität: Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen, Netzwerke und Wirkung
  • Hohe Umsetzungsstärke, Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung und exzellentes Stakeholder-Management
  • Wissenschaftliche Glaubwürdigkeit und Erfahrung im fachlichen Austausch mit Ärzt:innen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
