Job Description:

Au sein du groupe Gestion des commandes, vous êtes responsable de gérer, vérifier et suivre les commandes de nos clients ainsi que de répondre à leurs différentes demandes de renseignements.

  • Gérer, vérifier et suivre les commandes des clients en assurant un service rapide et courtois.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents services de EXFO impliqués dans le processus de gestion des commandes.
  • Répondre adéquatement aux demandes de renseignements des clients.
  • Traiter, documenter et effectuer le suivi des plaintes clients
  • Collaborer à l’amélioration constante de la qualité et de l’excellence du service à la clientèle.

Support à la direction pour la mise à jour du suivi des contrats, des rapports, des documents Qualité.

Compétences techniques

Vous avez une facilité avec les outils informatiques notamment la suite Office.

Vous avez une aisance en communication

Vous avez un bon sens de la gestion du temps et des priorités

Capacité à piloter plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec une grande rigueur.

Capacité d'apprentissage rapide sur de nouveaux outils collaboratifs et systèmes de gestion intégrés. (ERP et CRM)

Vous connaissez les règles de base du Commerce International (Incoterms, principe de facturation

Vous êtes sensible à la diversité culturelle)

Vous connaissez SAP, module SD (un atout)

Aptitudes requises

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients;
  • Excellente gestion des priorités pour pouvoir planifier efficacement ses activités et respecter les échéances.

Exigences

Expérience pertinente : Minimum de cinq (3) années d’expérience en service à la clientèle

Exigence linguistique : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Anglais avancé nécessaire, territoire des États-Unis a comblé.

Formation : Diplôme d’études Collégiales en Gestion de commerces ou en Bureautique (toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée)
