Fondé par trois amis d'enfance Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros et Romée De Goriainoff en 2007 puis rejoints par Xavier Padovani en 2010, l'Experimental Group bouleverse les codes du secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration en offrant une expérience unique d'hospitalité contemporaine à une clientèle exigeante dans le monde entier.

Célèbre pour avoir apporté la culture du bar à cocktails à Paris, le groupe exploite des bars à cocktails, mais aussi des bars à vins, des restaurants, et à partir de 2015 des Hôtels. Les destinations se diversifient au fil des années, de capitales européennes comme Paris et Londres, à des lieux plus saisonniers comme Ibiza ou Minorque pour l'été ou les pistes de ski de Verbier et Val d'Isère pour l'hiver. Le groupe possède également des établissements à Venise, New York, Biarritz et les Cotswolds.

A PROPOS DU FRENCHIE PIGALLE

Le Frenchie Pigalle est le restaurant du Grand Pigalle Hôtel, opéré par Gregory Marchand en partenariat avec Experimental. 50 places assises au cœur de Pigalle, un quartier vivant et des équipes qui travaillent en harmonie dans un esprit familiale "A la Frenchie". Nous recherchons actuellement un chef de rang H/F pour renforcer nos équipes !

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Poste à pourvoir immédiatement.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de partie, pour renforcer les équipes et épauler le chef. Les missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réalisation des préparations préliminaires ;
  • Réalisation de recettes à partir de fiches techniques ;
  • Réalisation des plats en fonction de la carte, des commandes particulières ;
  • Vérification des préparations (gustation, analyse et rectification) ;
  • Stockage des denrées selon les méthodes prescrites dans l'établissement ;
  • Réception et vérification quantitative et qualitative des livraisons ;
  • Application des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur ;
  • Port d'une tenue professionnelle conforme à la législation hygiène et sécurité.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

  • Expérience réussie en tant que chef de partie ou un poste similaire ;
  • Excellente maîtrise et connaissance des méthodes de cuisson, des produits, des équipements ;
  • Capacité d'organisation et rapidité d'exécution ;
  • Appétence pour l’univers de la gastronomie ;
  • Rigueur dans le respect des procédures de travail et des fiches techniques ;
  • Connaissance des règles d'hygiène ;
  • Capacité à travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
