A PROPOS DE L'EXPERIMENTAL CHALET VAL D'ISERE

Ouvert en 2024, l'Experimental Chalet Val d'Isère est un paradis hivernal aux proportions épiques. Ce nouvel hôtel 4 étoiles situé dans les Alpes françaises abrite 113 chambres, deux restaurants, un bar à cocktails, un spa et des espaces de réunion.

Un havre de paix pour les plaisirs de l'hiver, qu'il s'agisse de skier sous des couches de neige fraîche, de se remémorer des souvenirs autour d'une fondue bouillonnante ou de nourrir l'esprit, le corps et l'âme dans le spa.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Rejoignez nos équipes pour la saison d'hiver 2026/2027 ! Nous sommes à la recherche de nos demi-chef de partie (H/F) en CDD saisonnier. Possibilité de logement selon les disponibilités.

Vos missions principales seront :

  • Assister le Chef de Partie dans la préparation et la réalisation des plats.
  • Participer au bon déroulement du service et garantir la qualité de la production.
  • Respecter les fiches techniques et les standards de l’établissement.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous avez une expérience réussie en tant que Demi-Chef de partie ou un poste similaire. Vous disposez d’une excellente maîtrise et connaissance des méthodes de cuisson, des produits, des équipements.

Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et vous avez une forte appétence pour l’univers de la gastronomie.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles d'hygiène et êtes disponible pour travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
