A PROPOS DE L’EXPERIMENTAL MARAIS

Situé dans le Haut Marais, cet hôtel d’exception incarne l’élégance parisienne du groupe Experimental, avec un design audacieux signé Tristan Auer et une expérience client unique.

Notre établissement de 43 chambres propose :

Temple & Chapon, un grand restaurant inspiré des « Chop Houses » américaines, dirigé par la cheffe Mélanie Serre.

L’American Bar, un hommage aux bars new-yorkais iconiques avec une carte de cocktails signatures et une sélection de vins prestigieux.

Un spa exclusif, conçu en partenariat avec Suzanne Kaufmann, offrant des soins sur-mesure et une piscine.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un commis de cuisine H/F, pour renforcer les équipes et épauler le chef. Les missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser des préparations préliminaires et des mets simples ;
  • Dresser des plats et les transmettre au personnel de salle ;
  • Participer à l'entretien du poste de la cuisine et des locaux annexes ;
  • Appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous avez une expérience réussie en tant que commis sommelier ou un poste similaire.

Vous avez une excellente présentation, et vous êtes dynamique et motivé.

Vous disposez de capacités d'organisation, une rapidité d'exécution, un bon esprit d’équipe et une aisance relationnelle.

Vous savez être attentif aux détails et être à l’écoute des clients.

Pour finir vous avez la capacité de travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
