Rattaché(e) au département Certification et au Head of Certification, vous intégrerez une équipe composée de trois ingénieurs certification. Dans ce cadre, vous aurez pour principales missions :

1) Rédiger les documents techniques de certification et de qualification pour les projets en développement, sous la supervision du Responsable Certification.

- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de certification permettant de garantir une conformité sans faille des produits, tout en optimisant la quantité des tests physiques.

- Participer à la sélection des «worst case» pour les campagnes de tests en rédigeant des argumentaires et justifications techniques associés: résultats de simulations numériques, dimensions issues de la CAO, fichiers de calculs des charges aux interfaces…

2) Garantir la conformité aux requis de Flammabilité & tenue mécanique de l’ensemble des produits

- Rédiger les Test Plans Mécanique & Feu, sur la base des requis réglementaires (normes aéronautiques et spécifications clients) en analysant les démonstrations de conformité à fournir pour l’ensemble des composants constituant le Siège.

- Participer aux campagnes de tests Statique, Dynamiques & Feu

- Analyser les résultats d’essais et rédiger les Test Reports associés.

3) Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié du Bureau d'Études pour les aspects:

- Dérogations & Demandes d'Évolutions (DER), afin d’identifier les impacts de ces modifications, et apporter la justification (MODIF) nécessaire pour couvrir tous les requis réglementaires.

- Tenir à jour l’ensemble des bases de données associées.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs spécialisée en aéronautique (ENAC, INSA, ISAE-SUPAERO ou équivalent) et disposez d'une première expérience en certification aéronautique. Au cours de votre parcours, vous avez évolué dans un environnement lié à la certification, à l'aménagement cabine, aux sièges aéronautiques ou au sein d'une organisation agréée Part 21J.

Vous maîtrisez les principales normes et réglementations du secteur, notamment AC 25.562, AS8049, CS/FAR 25/27/29, ainsi que les exigences des réglementations Part 21 et Part 145. Vous possédez également des connaissances en certification feu (CS 25.853) ainsi qu'en qualifications ETSO C39 et ETSO C127, et êtes familiarisé(e) avec le processus de certification ETSO.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour évoluer dans cet environnement international. La pratique de l'italien serait un atout supplémentaire.
