Votre missionn chez Expliseat :

En tant que Dessinateur-Projeteur, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la transformation des concepts d’ingénierie en modèles 3D précis, industrialisables et conformes aux exigences de nos clients.

Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de conception : modélisation 3D, mécanismes, fonctionnalités, mise en plan et documentation technique.

Vous travaillez principalement sous SolidWorks et notre PLM interne, à partir :

  • D’instructions d’ingénieurs,
  • De schémas fonctionnels,
  • De corps facettés issus de logiciels de simulation,
  • Et en intégrant des contraintes industrielles provenant d’une dizaine de procédés de fabrication différents.

A ce titre vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

1) Conception mécanique 3D – SolidWorks

  • Réaliser la conception de mécanismes et composants (5 à 10 références / mois).
  • Intégrer les contraintes de fabricabilité, masse, coût et maintenance.
  • Concevoir les assemblages de siège en intégrant les composants conçut
  • Travailler en interaction directe avec les ingénieurs du Bureau d’Études.
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes en tenant compte des contraintes industrielles multi-procédés.

2) Mise en plan, dessin et cotation

  • Produire des mises en plan normées : pièces, sous-ensembles, instructions de montage.
  • Appliquer une checklist interne de règles et bonnes pratiques de conception.
  • Maîtriser les tolérances dimensionnelles, ISO et les chaînes de cotes.

3) Plans cabine avion (mission intégrée ou évolutive)

  • Établir les dimensions, l’implantation et le placement de sièges.
  • Prendre en compte les contraintes : environnement cabine, réglementation, cahier des charges client.
  • Réaliser une mise en plan synthétique standardisée de l’agencement proposé.

Votre profil :

  • Formation Bac+⅔ en conception de produit ou équivalent universitaire.
  • Expérience confirmée en dessin industriel et conception mécanique.
  • Excellente maîtrise de SolidWorks, modélisation + assemblages + mise en plan.
  • Compréhension des procédés de fabrication (usinage, tôlerie, composites, plasturgie, etc.).
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse et force de proposition.
  • Expérience préalable en cotation fonctionnelle et en chaînes de cotes.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe au sein d’un environnement multidisciplinaire.
  • Anglais niveau intermédiaire (oral et écrite)
