Votre mission chez Expliseat :

Dans un contexte de croissance et de développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Controlling / FP&A Manager pour accompagner la direction dans le pilotage de la performance financière et soutenir les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs prises de décision.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la planification financière, le suivi de la performance et l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de gestion.

A ce titre vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Prévisions financières, budget et pilotage de la performance
  • Participer au pilotage du processus budgétaire annuel en collaboration avec les différents départements.
  • Élaborer et actualiser les prévisions financières (forecast et reforecast)
  • Suivre les écarts entre budget, réalisé et prévisions.
  • Produire des analyses financières permettant d'améliorer la visibilité sur la performance et d'accompagner les décisions stratégiques de la Direction.
  1. Clôtures et reporting
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles en lien avec les équipes .
  • Préparer et fiabiliser les reportings financiers mensuels.
  • Concevoir, suivre et faire évoluer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer efficacement l'activité et la rentabilité.
  1. Business Partner
  • Être en support des équipes opérationnelles dans le suivi de leurs budgets et dépenses.
  • Contribuer au suivi de la performance des différents départements. Aider à la compréhension des écarts et des résultats.

Votre profil :

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Comptabilité ou École de Commerce (Bac+5), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3/4 ans en contrôle de gestion ou finance d'entreprise.

Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, rigoureuse et dotée d'un fort esprit d'analyse. Vous appréciez travailler sur les données, investiguer, croiser les informations et aller au fond des sujets pour en comprendre les enjeux et identifier les leviers de performance.

Vous n'hésitez pas à échanger avec les différents interlocuteurs de l'entreprise pour recueillir les informations nécessaires, comprendre les problématiques opérationnelles et challenger les hypothèses lorsque cela est pertinent.

Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des ERP et des outils de reporting, ainsi que d'une maîtrise avancée d'Excel. La connaissance d'outils de Business Intelligence (BI) constitue un atout. Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, d'une aisance relationnelle reconnue et appréciez travailler en partenariat avec des interlocuteurs variés.

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est indispensable pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
