Votre mission chez Expliseat :

Vous rejoignez notre équipe Finance, vous êtes rattaché(e) au CFO et vous êtes basés à Angers. Vous utilisez notre ERP Odoo et avez pour missions principales :

1/ Tenue de la comptabilité générale

Gestion des flux achats et ventes

Paiements fournisseurs et suivi du poste client

Rapprochements bancaires et contrôle des comptes

Gestion des immobilisations

Gestion des notes de frais et cartes bleues professionnelles.

2/ Participer aux clôtures

Participer activement aux travaux de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle, et annuelle.

Préparer et analyser les écritures de régularisation (CCA, FNP, provisions).

3/ Reporting & Amélioration continue

Optimisation des processus comptables

Participation aux projets d’automatisation

Collaborer avec les équipes Production, Qualité et Méthodes sur les projets techniques du site.

Votre profil :

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 1 à 4 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, en entreprise. Vous maîtrisez la comptabilité générale dans son ensemble (achats, ventes, banques, immobilisations) et avez déjà participé aux travaux de clôture mensuelle et annuelle, notamment aux écritures de régularisation (CCA, FNP, provisions).

À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et Excel, vous appréciez travailler sur des projets d’amélioration continue et de digitalisation des processus. Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse, vous faites preuve d’autonomie tout en sachant collaborer efficacement avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
