Votre mission chez Expliseat :

Dans le département finance vous participez à la performance financière sur deux piliers majeurs :

1. Business Partner des Programmes Clients

  • Avant-vente : Challenger les Business Cases et participer à la validation de la rentabilité cible lors des réponses aux appels d'offres.
  • Suivi du cycle de vie : Monitorer les coûts réels (matières, production, logistique) par rapport aux budgets initiaux.
  • Analyse de la marge : Identifier les écarts, expliquer les dérives et proposer des plans d'actions correctifs pour protéger la profitabilité.
  • Bilan final : Réaliser le "Post-Mortem" financier des livraisons pour nourrir nos futurs modèles de prix.

2. Pilotage des Projets R&D & Développement

  • Suivi budgétaire : Accompagner les équipes d'ingénierie dans le suivi des coûts de développement de nos nouveaux sièges (Capex/Opex).
  • Reporting de performance : Construire des tableaux de bord dynamiques pour donner une visibilité claire sur l'avancement financier des innovations.

En fonction de vos appétences, les missions seront amenées à évoluer.

Votre profil :

  • Formation : Diplômé(e) d'une Grande École de Commerce (Master Finance, Audit ou Gestion).
  • Mindset : Vous avez une âme d'entrepreneur. Le "tout reste à construire" vous motive plus qu'il ne vous effraie.
  • Analytique & Rigoureux : Vous maîtrisez Excel sur le bout des doigts (et si vous touchez à la Power BI, c'est un énorme plus).
  • Excellent relationnel : Vous savez parler "chiffres" à des ingénieurs et "business" à des commerciaux.
  • Langues : Anglais courant indispensable (contexte international oblige).

Ce stage de 6 mois est à pourvoir avec un démarrage en Octobre 2026.
