Votre mission chez Expliseat :

Dans le cadre de la montée en cadence de notre usine et pour accompagner nos futurs projets, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Qualité Fournisseur expérimenté(e). En tant que véritable relais de nos exigences qualité auprès de nos partenaires, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Rattaché(e) à la Qualité Achats, vous pilotez la performance qualité des fournisseurs sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des produits.

À ce titre, vous :

  • Qualifier et évaluer les fournisseurs en pilotant les audits qualité ( initial, périodique , plan d’action) et en statuant lors des comités transverses.
  • Piloter la qualification et l’homologation des produits et des processus de fabrication fournisseurs (validation des FAI / DVI/ PPAP)
  • Définir, déployer et valider les exigences qualité dans les cahiers des charges et assurer leur bonne prise en compte tout au long des phases projet et vie série
  • Piloter et suivre la performance qualité fournisseurs (indicateurs, plans d’actions, respect des délais NC / FAI / DVI / PPAP).
  • Animer et organiser les revues, audits et échanges qualité avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes.
  • Déployer les démarches d’amélioration continue et traiter les non-conformités et sujets qualité d’origine fournisseur.
  • Représenter et coordonner la fonction Qualité Fournisseur dans les instances projets et assurer un support transverse aux équipes internes

Votre profil

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac +5 (école d’ingénieur ou master), idéalement spécialisée en Qualité, Matériaux ou Génie Mécanique.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum en pilotage de la performance fournisseurs, impérativement dans un environnement industriel international exigeant (aéronautique, automobile ou ferroviaire) et connaissez les procédés de fabrication (usinage, forge, fonderie, textile et composants esthétiques).

Vous possédez une Expertise en techniques d’audit (Produit / Process / Système). Une certification d'auditeur serait un atout.

Vous parlez anglais couramment. La maîtrise du Mandarin est un avantage différenciant pour nos échanges avec l'Asie.

Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et aisance relationnelle vous permettent d’interagir efficacement dans un contexte international et transverse.

Vous savez convaincre, négocier et adapter votre discours à des interlocuteurs variés (internes et externes) grâce à votre aisance en communication. Mobilité : Poste nécessitant une forte disponibilité avec des déplacements internationaux fréquents (environ 30 à 50 % du temps).

Ce poste basé dans notre usine à Angers ou dans nos locaux à Paris
