Votre mission chez Expliseat :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Logistique, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la performance de la production en assurant la gestion et l’optimisation de l’approvisionnement des lignes de production. Véritable interface entre la planification, le magasin et la production, vous contribuez activement à la fluidité des flux et au respect des délais.

Au cœur des opérations logistiques et industrielles, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle d’ordonnancement et de gestion des flux :

• Piloter la gestion complète des ordres de production, de leur création à leur clôture, en tenant compte des travaux en cours et des prévisions issues des Plans Directeurs de Production (PDP).

• Assurer le suivi et la bonne exécution des plans de production, en adéquation avec les capacités et contraintes du site.

• Analyser les besoins issus des PDP et des plans d’approvisionnement, afin de garantir la disponibilité des matières et composants.

• Gérer le capacitaire du magasin : anticipation des pics de charge, visibilité sur les réceptions à venir et coordination des préparations pour la production.

• Superviser les opérations de réception, stockage, kitting, préparation de commandes et expédition, dans le respect des procédures qualité, des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, et des délais.

• Assurer une gestion fiable des stocks (physiques et informatiques) : matières premières, emballages, consommables et produits finis.

• Configurer, mettre à jour et fiabiliser les données de planification et PDP dans l’ERP.

• Participer activement à la mise en place et à l’amélioration des processus d’ordonnancement et de gestion capacitaire magasin.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme Bac +5 en Logistique, Supply Chain, Gestion de la Production (certifications BASIC ou CPIM appréciées).
  • Expérience réussie en logistique industrielle ou en ordonnancement, idéalement en environnement de production.
  • Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et d’un ERP.
  • Aisance dans un environnement industriel exigeant et rythmé.
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à prioriser pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité. Esprit d’analyse, proactivité et goût pour le travail en équipe.
