La posición de Analista de Bienestar y Desarrollo busca a un perfil analítico, empático y proactivo para liderar el cambio cultural, potenciar el talento y elevar el compromiso en la organización.

Serás el motor tras una cultura saludable, inclusiva y de alto rendimiento. Tu misión es diagnosticar el pulso del equipo, diseñar experiencias de bienestar integral y acelerar el desarrollo profesional con decisiones basadas en datos.

-¿Qué Harás? (Tus Retos)

  • Diagnóstico y Data: Escuchar a la organización a través de encuestas, entrevistas y KPIs (rotación, ausentismo, satisfacción) para detectar necesidades reales.
  • Diseño de Experiencias de Bienestar: Crear e implementar programas de salud mental, balance vida-trabajo, pausas activas, reconocimiento y prevención de riesgos psicosociales.
  • Aceleración del Talento: Diseñar rutas de aprendizaje, onboarding memorables, capacitaciones por competencias, mentorías y planes de carrera.
  • Analítica y Tableros: Construir dashboards y reportes ejecutivos para medir el retorno de inversión (ROI) y el impacto real de cada iniciativa.
  • Gestión y Logística: Facilitar talleres, coordinar speakers/proveedores y crear campañas de comunicación interna atractivas.
  • Cultura y Acompañamiento: Ser un referente de confidencialidad, ética y equidad, ajustando la estrategia mediante el feedback continuo del equipo.

-¿Qué Buscamos en Ti? (Tu ADN)

  • Formación: Profesional en Psicología, RRHH, Administración, Trabajo Social o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Trayectoria en desarrollo organizacional, clima, bienestar o experiencia del empleado basada en métricas.
  • Mente Analítica: Destreza para interpretar datos (uso intermedio/avanzado de Excel, tablas dinámicas y tableros) y traducirlos en planes de acción.
  • Facilidad de Comunicación: Gran capacidad para conectar con todos los niveles de la empresa, desde roles operativos hasta la dirección.
  • Habilidades de Ejecución: Autonomía, atención al detalle en la logística de eventos/capacitaciones y priorización efectiva.
  • Sensibilidad Humana: Ética intachable, escucha activa y genuino interés por el crecimiento de las personas.
