Empresa de Manufactura que ofrece soluciones para la industria y el hogar en el ramo de la construcción y/o remodelación busca ANALISTA DE CUENTAS POR PAGAR.

Propósito del Cargo

Gestionar, registrar y controlar el ciclo completo de cuentas por pagar a proveedores nacionales e internacionales (materias primas asfálticas, químicos, insumos industriales, repuestos y servicios operativos). Garantizar la exactitud de los registros contables, el cumplimiento estricto del calendario tributario local (retenciones de IVA e ISLR) y la ejecución oportuna de pagos según los acuerdos comerciales y la disponibilidad del flujo de caja.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Recepción y Validación de Facturación: Recepcionar y verificar facturas físicas y electrónicas de proveedores, comprobando el cumplimiento de la providencia administrativa del SENIAT (Rif, numeración, control fiscal, exenciones) y cotejándolas contra órdenes de compra y notas de recepción en almacén (3-way matching).
  • Causación y Registro Contable: Registrar oportunamente las obligaciones de pago en el sistema ERP en las cuentas de gasto o inventario correspondientes, manejando adecuadamente la contabilidad bimonetaria (VES y USD) y los ajustes por diferencial cambiario según la tasa oficial BCV.
  • Cálculo y Emisión de Retenciones Tributarias: Determinar, aplicar y emitir a tiempo los comprobantes de retención de IVA (75% / 100%) y de Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISLR), así como retenciones de impuestos municipales si aplica, asegurando el suministro de comprobantes a los proveedores para evitar sanciones fiscales a la empresa.
  • Programación y Ejecución de Pagos: Elaborar la propuesta semanal de pagos a proveedores priorizando vencimientos críticos (materia prima para planta, servicios públicos, fletes y contratistas de mantenimiento), gestionando las transferencias en plataformas bancarias comerciales.
  • Conciliaciones y Análisis de Cuentas: Realizar conciliaciones periódicas de estados de cuenta con proveedores clave, depurar partidas pendientes, investigar diferencias y mantener conciliadas las cuentas de pasivo corriente en el balance general.
  • Atención y Servicio al Proveedor: Canalizar consultas sobre estatus de pago, entrega de comprobantes de retención y resolución de discrepancias en montos, notas de débito o crédito.
  • Archivo y Soporte de Auditoría: Mantener ordenado y digitalizado el archivo físico y electrónico de los expedientes de pago con todos sus soportes fiscales y bancarios para auditorías internas y fiscales.

Perfil del Cargo

Dimensión Requisito Exigido Formación Académica Licenciado o TSU en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carrera afín. Experiencia Laboral Mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares de cuentas por pagar o contabilidad en empresas de manufactura, construcción o consumo masivo. Conocimientos Técnicos Marco tributario venezolano vigente (SENIAT, Ley de IVA, Ley de ISLR, Decretos de Retenciones), normas contables (VEN-NIF) y manejo de operaciones multimoneda / tasa BCV. Sistemas y Herramientas Manejo de sistemas ERP (SAP, Profit Plus, Saint, Galac o similar) y dominio intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas de búsqueda y conciliación).Competencias Clave Rigurosidad y atención al detalle numérico, capacidad de organización y priorización, ética en el manejo de información financiera y orientación al servicio interno/externo.
