Importante empresa en el ramo ferretero se encuentra en la búsqueda de Vendedores, los postulantes deberán cumplir con el siguiente perfil:

Edad: Entre 25 - 35 años

Sexo: Masculino

Experiencia: Atención al cliente

Manejo de Excel

Manejo de KLK (no limitante)

Residenciado en Guacara / Los Guayos / Valencia

*Perfil:

Educación: Bachillerato completo o formación técnica/tecnológica en ventas, mercadeo o áreas afines.

Conocimiento técnico: Dominio medio-alto de los nombres, medidas, usos y aplicaciones de miles de productos de ferretería, electricidad, plomería y construcción.Experiencia: Mínimo de 1 a 2 años en atención al cliente o ventas dentro del sector comercial o ferretero (deseable).Herramientas digitales: Manejo básico de sistemas administrativos de facturación, inventarios y RRSS.

*Principales Funciones

Asesoramiento técnico: Identificar las necesidades específicas del cliente para ofrecerle la solución y los productos exactos que requiere.Venta complementaria: Aplicar técnicas de venta cruzada, sugiriendo accesorios o productos relacionados (por ejemplo, ofrecer lija y pintura si el cliente compra una brocha). Atención y servicio: Gestionar cotizaciones, procesar pedidos, informar sobre precios, disponibilidad, garantías y métodos de pago.Gestión de inventario: Colaborar en el control de stock, revisión de mercancía, acomodo de anaqueles y mantenimiento del orden en el área de ventas o mostrador. Prospección y seguimiento (en campo/online): Captar nuevos clientes, realizar visitas comerciales o atender requerimientos a través de canales digitales como WhatsApp.
