¡Únete a nuestro equipo en Ceramicas Marbella 11, CA como Asistente de Recursos Humanos! Estamos buscando a una persona altamente motivada y organizada para unirse a nuestro departamento de RRHH en Yaritagua, Yaracuy, Venezuela.

Como Asistente de RRHH, serás responsable de apoyar a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos en todas las tareas administrativas y de coordinación. Tu papel será fundamental para garantizar que nuestro departamento funcione sin problemas y que nuestros empleados reciban el apoyo necesario.

Responsabilidades:

- Gestionar y mantener los registros de los empleados, incluyendo la información personal, contratos y beneficios.

- Ayudar en la coordinación de procesos de reclutamiento y selección, como la publicación de ofertas de trabajo y la programación de entrevistas.

- Asistir en la preparación de documentos y presentaciones para reuniones y capacitaciones de empleados.

- Colaborar en la planificación y organización de eventos y actividades para el personal.

- Realizar tareas administrativas, como la gestión de correos electrónicos, la actualización de hojas de cálculo y la redacción de informes.

- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los empleados y resolver cualquier pregunta o problema que puedan tener.

- Ayudar en la implementación y seguimiento de políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos.

Requisitos:

- TSU O Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

- Experiencia previa en un puesto similar es deseable.

- Conocimiento de las leyes laborales y prácticas de recursos humanos en Venezuela.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

- Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.

- Capacidad para manejar información confidencial de manera profesional.

- Conocimientos básicos de informática y dominio de programas de Microsoft Office.
