AJEVEN C.A. es la filial en Venezuela de la multinacional Grupo AJE, dedicada a la manufactura y comercialización masiva de bebidas como Big Cola, Cifrut, Sporade y Cielo. Con su principal centro de producción en Valencia, Carabobo, su modelo se enfoca en democratizar el consumo ofreciendo productos de alta calidad y accesibilidad en todo el país.

Propósito del Cargo

Verificar, evaluar y asegurar el cumplimiento continuo de los estándares de inocuidad, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y los procedimientos operativos estandarizados de saneamiento (POES) a lo largo de las líneas de producción, áreas de almacenamiento y servicios auxiliares, garantizando la detección temprana de desviaciones y la conformidad con los requisitos del Grupo AJE y la normativa nacional.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Auditorías en Línea e Instalaciones: Ejecutar inspecciones y auditorías internas programadas e inopinadas en líneas de soplado, jarabearía, llenado, empaque y almacenes (materia prima y producto terminado).
  • Control de BPM y POES: Monitorear el cumplimiento de higiene del personal, orden y limpieza de áreas, control de plagas y efectividad de los ciclos CIP (Clean-In-Place) y sanitización.
  • Gestión de Desviaciones y No Conformidades: Levantar reportes inmediatos ante hallazgos o no conformidades en planta, registrar la evidencia objetiva y dar seguimiento al cierre efectivo de las acciones correctivas (CAPA).
  • Muestreo y Verificación: Realizar muestreos aleatorios de producto en proceso y terminado para verificar hermeticidad de tapas, torque, codificación de lote/vencimiento, etiquetado y empaque secundario.
  • Puntos Críticos de Control (PCC): Auditar los registros de monitoreo de PCC del sistema HACCP (microfiltración, pasteurización/dosificación y desinfección de envases) para constatar que operan dentro de los límites críticos.
  • Acompañamiento en Auditorías Externas: Apoyar al Jefe de Calidad durante auditorías de entes regulatorios (SACS, Contraloría Sanitaria), clientes o certificadoras de normas internacionales.

Perfil del Cargo

Dimensión Requisito Exigido Formación Académica, TSU o Ingeniero en Alimentos, Química, Industrial, Licenciatura en Biología o carreras afines. Experiencia Laboral Mínimo 2 a 3 años como auditor interno de calidad, inspector de aseguramiento de calidad o analista de aseguramiento en plantas de alimentos o bebidas. Conocimientos Técnicos Formación comprobable como Auditor Interno (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 o ISO 22000), normativas COVENIN para alimentos, metodología HACCP, BPM y POES. Herramientas de Gestión Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel para control de indicadores, elaboración de listas de verificación (checklists) y familiaridad con módulos de calidad en ERP (SAP deseable).Competencias Clave Criterio técnico independiente, alta atención al detalle, comunicación asertiva para la retroalimentación a operadores y capacidad de resolución de conflictos en piso de planta.
