Objetivo Principal del Puesto

Garantizar el traslado seguro, oportuno y eficiente del personal técnico, equipos de detección/extinción, herramientas pesadas y materiales a los diferentes proyectos, obras y clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de tránsito y los protocolos de seguridad industrial de la empresa.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

Traslado y Logística:

Transportar al equipo técnico y la carga asignada a los sitios de obra, inspecciones o mantenimientos según la programación diaria.

Realizar la entrega y retiro de documentos, repuestos, recargas de extintores y suministros en clientes y proveedores.

Inspección y Mantenimiento del Vehículo:

Efectuar la revisión diaria pre-operacional del vehículo (niveles de fluidos, presión de neumáticos, luces, frenos y estado general).

Notificar de manera inmediata al área de logística o mantenimiento cualquier falla mecánica, anomalía o necesidad de servicio preventivo/correctivo.

Mantener el vehículo asignado en óptimas condiciones de limpieza interna y externa.

Manejo de Carga y Seguridad:

Supervisar o apoyar en la carga, descarga y aseguramiento de equipos sensibles (cilindros de gas, bombas, tableros de control, tuberías y herramientas).

Verificar que la carga cumpla con los límites de peso y normativas de transporte de materiales peligrosos/presurizados si aplica.

Mantener el kit de emergencia del vehículo al día (extintor vigente, triángulo de seguridad, botiquín de primeros auxilios y caucho de repuesto).

Control Documental y Administrativo:

Mantener al día la bitácora de viaje (rutas, kilometraje, control de combustible y viáticos).

Resguardar la documentación legal del vehículo (matrícula, seguro, revisión técnica) y personal (licencia, certificado médico).

Hacer firmar las guías de despacho, notas de entrega o vales de servicio según sea requerido.

Requisitos del Perfil

Educación: Bachiller o Educación Secundaria Completa.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en cargos similares, preferiblemente en empresas de servicios técnicos, construcción o logística industrial.

Documentación Exigida:

Licencia de conducir vigente (categoría acorde al tipo de vehículo: panel, camión ligero o pesado).

Certificado médico de conducir vigente.

Certificado de salud y manipulación de carga (deseable).

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Manejo defensivo y conocimiento amplio de rutas urbanas e interurbanas.

Nociones básicas de mecánica automotriz (preventiva y de emergencia).

Normas básicas de seguridad industrial y prevención de riesgos.

Competencias y Habilidades

Puntualidad y alto sentido de la responsabilidad.

Orientación al cliente y trato cordial.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a horarios de obra.

Proactividad y atención al detalle en el cuidado de bienes corporativos.
