Propósito del Cargo

Garantizar la continuidad operativa, disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica, redes, telecomunicaciones y sistemas de información de AJEVEN (Planta Valencia y Centros de Distribución a nivel nacional). Liderar el soporte técnico a usuarios, la administración de servicios corporativos y la alineación de las plataformas locales con los estándares y proyectos de TI globales de Grupo AJE.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Infraestructura y Conectividad: Administrar servidores (locales y en nube), redes LAN/WAN/WLAN, enlaces de fibra óptica, microondas y equipos de borde (firewalls, routers, switches), asegurando alta redundancia y conectividad ininterrumpida entre planta, almacenes y fuerza de ventas.
  • Gestión de ERP y Aplicaciones de Negocio: Supervisar el soporte de primer y segundo nivel para el ERP corporativo (entornos SAP), sistemas satélites de facturación, módulos de despacho, control de inventarios y sistemas de toma de pedidos para ventas (SFA).
  • Seguridad de la Información y Continuidad: Implementar políticas de ciberseguridad, gestión de accesos, políticas de respaldo (backups periódicos locales y offsite) y planes de recuperación ante desastres (DRP/BCP) aplicados a contingencias operativas locales.
  • Soporte al Usuario y Mesa de Ayuda: Gestionar los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) de la mesa de soporte técnico para usuarios administrativos, comerciales y operativos de planta; controlar inventario de hardware (laptops, PCs, impresoras industriales, terminales portátiles/handhelds).
  • Gestión de Proveedores y Servicios Auxiliares: Coordinar contratos y soporte con ISPs, telefonía corporativa, proveedores de licencias de software, mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo de hardware y sistemas de circuito cerrado (CCTV) o control de acceso biométrico.
  • Proyectos e Innovación Local: Liderar la ejecución técnica de proyectos de modernización tecnológica dictados por la corporación o requeridos para optimizar los procesos de manufactura y distribución.

Perfil del Cargo

Dimensión Requisito Exigido Formación Académica TSU o Ingeniero en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Computación o carrera afín. Experiencia Laboral Mínimo 4 a 5 años en áreas de tecnología, con al menos 2 años coordinando equipos de TI o infraestructura en empresas de manufactura, consumo masivo o logística. Conocimientos Técnicos Administración de redes y seguridad (Cisco, Fortinet, VLANs, VPNs), Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualización (VMware/Hyper-V), bases de datos (SQL Server) y protocolos de respaldo. Sistemas de Gestión / ERP Manejo o soporte funcional/técnico en ERP (preferiblemente SAP ECC o S/4HANA) y herramientas de tickets (ITIL, Service Now, Jira Service Management).Competencias Clave Sentido de urgencia y orientación a la continuidad de negocio, capacidad de resolución de incidentes bajo presión, visión de servicio al cliente interno y liderazgo de equipos técnicos.
