Empresa líder en el sector de retail, está buscando un Encargado de Tienda; T.S.U. en Administración o carrera afín y Asesores de Ventas con experiencia en Tienda para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad Ojeda, Zulia, Venezuela.

Como Encargado de Tienda, serás responsable de la gestión y supervisión de todas las operaciones de la tienda. Esto incluye la Administración, gestión del inventario, atención al Cliente, la capacitación y supervisión del personal, la implementación de estrategias de ventas y marketing, y la garantía de una excelente experiencia de compra para nuestros clientes.

Además, como Asesor de Ventas, serás el principal punto de contacto con los clientes en la tienda. Tu objetivo será proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional, asesorar a los clientes sobre nuestros productos y garantizar que alcancen sus objetivos de compra.

Responsabilidades del Encargado de Tienda:

- Gestionar y supervisar todas las operaciones de la tienda, incluyendo la Administración, gestión del inventario, la programación de horarios y la capacitación del personal.

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas y marketing para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas.

- Garantizar una excelente experiencia de compra para los clientes, asegurándose de que la tienda esté limpia, organizada y bien abastecida.

- Analizar las tendencias de ventas y el rendimiento de la tienda para tomar decisiones informadas sobre la gestión del inventario y el personal.

- Resolver problemas y conflictos en la tienda de manera efectiva y eficiente.

- Mantener una comunicación clara y abierta con la gerencia y otros miembros del equipo.

Responsabilidades del Asesor de Ventas:

- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional y asesorar a los clientes sobre nuestros productos.

- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos por la empresa.

- Mantener un amplio conocimiento de los productos y servicios de la tienda para poder responder a las preguntas de los clientes y resolver cualquier problema.

- Realizar un seguimiento de las tendencias de ventas y proporcionar comentarios a la gerencia sobre los productos populares y los que no lo son.

- Mantener una apariencia profesional y una actitud amigable en todo momento.

- Trabajar en equipo con otros asesores de ventas y el Encargado de Tienda para garantizar el éxito general de la tienda.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia previa en gestión de tiendas o en un papel de supervisión en el sector minorista.

- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar y motivar a un equipo.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y estrategias de marketing.

- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y adaptarse a cambios constantes.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
