Empresa solicita GERENTE CORPORATIVO DE GESTIÓN HUMANA, en Barquisimeto, estado Lara, con el siguiente perfil:

-Tu propósito principal:

Planificar, dirigir y desplegar la estrategia integral de Talento Humano. Serás el/la arquitecto/a del clima y la cultura organizacional, garantizando la captación, desarrollo, retención y motivación del personal, alineando la gestión de personas con los objetivos estratégicos de la corporación y asegurando el cumplimiento legal y operativo.

-Tus Principales Desafíos (Responsabilidades):

  • Estrategia y Transformación: Participar en la definición del plan de negocio y liderar el Plan Estratégico de Gestión Humana. Asesorar a la Gerencia General y Junta Directiva en materia de políticas, proyectos y gestión del cambio.
  • Gestión de Talento y Cultura: Diseñar y dirigir los planes de captación, formación, evaluación del desempeño, planes de carrera, sucesión y clima organizacional.
  • Estructura y Compensación: Formular y mantener actualizados los análisis de cargos, estructuras organizativas y políticas innovadoras de compensación y beneficios altamente competitivas.
  • Relaciones Laborales y Cumplimiento: Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente y de Seguridad y Salud Laboral, gestionando la resolución de casos laborales en alianza con asesores externos.
  • Control y Presupuesto: Garantizar la correcta ejecución del presupuesto de mano de obra y supervisar la nómina e indicadores de gestión (KPIs) del área.
  • Presencia y Liderazgo en Sede: Realizar recorridos periódicos a las distintas sedes a nivel nacional para conectar con los equipos, auditar el clima laboral y velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas.

-¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines. Deseable Postgrado o Maestría en Gestión Estratégica de RRHH o Administración.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando gerencias de Recursos Humanos, preferiblemente en empresas de servicios o del sector de telecomunicaciones.
  • REQUISITO INDISPENSABLE: Licencia de conducir vigente, vehículo propio (deseable) y documentos de manejo al día para traslados y visitas a sedes a nivel nacional.

-Conocimientos Técnicos y Herramientas:

  • Dominio experto de subsistemas de RRHH (Atracción, Clima, Desempeño, Capacitación, Compensación).
  • Sólidos conocimientos en normativa laboral vigente y leyes de Seguridad Social.
  • Manejo del sistema Profit Plus (Módulo Recursos Humanos).
  • Manejo avanzado de MS Office, Google Drive, métricas e indicadores de RRHH.

-Competencias y Habilidades Clave:

  • Visión estratégica de negocio y liderazgo inspirador.
  • Agilidad y capacidad como agente de Gestión del Cambio.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación, mediación y resolución de conflictos.
  • Orientación a resultados y empatía con el cliente interno/externo.
