INPROFUEGO, C.A. solicita TECNICO DE SERVICIO Y MANTENIMIENTO DE SISTEMAS DE DETECCION Y ALARMA CONTRA INCENDIOS

Objetivo Principal del Puesto

Ejecutar los servicios de instalación, inspección, prueba, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas de detección y alarma contra incendios en las instalaciones de los clientes en Caracas y áreas metropolitanas, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos, el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad (Covenin / NFPA) y la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo:

Realizar inspecciones periódicas y pruebas operativas a centrales de alarma (paneles convencionales e inteligibles/direccionables), detectores de humo, temperatura, llama, gas, estaciones manuales, difusores de sonido y luz estroboscópica.

Diagnosticar, reparar o reemplazar componentes defectuosos en tableros principales, lazos de detección, fuentes auxiliares y baterías de respaldo.

Atender llamadas de emergencia o fallas técnicas reportadas por los clientes en la zona de Caracas en los tiempos de respuesta previstos.

Instalación y Configuración:

Apoyar o ejecutar el cableado, conexionado, montaje de campo y programación básica/avanzada de paneles de detección y alarma según planos y especificaciones del proyecto.

Realizar pruebas de lazo, medición de voltajes, continuidad e impedancia para verificar la integridad del sistema.

Atención al Cliente y Reportes:

Elaborar y firmar las minutas de servicio, informes técnicos detallados y protocolos de prueba tras cada visita o mantenimiento.

Explicar al personal del cliente el manejo operativo básico del panel y las recomendaciones para el correcto uso del sistema.

Cumplimiento de Seguridad e Higiene:

Aplicar los protocolos de seguridad e higiene industrial durante el desarrollo de los trabajos (uso de EPPs, permisos de trabajo en altura, aislamiento de energía).

Requisitos del Perfil

Educación: T.S.U. o Técnico Medio en Electrónica, Electricidad, Instrumentación, Electromecánica o carreras afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 4 años en mantenimiento, diagnóstico e instalación de sistemas de detección de incendios en el sector comercial e industrial.

Ubicación y Movilidad: Residenciado en Caracas o zonas con fácil acceso al área metropolitana; disponibilidad para desplazarse a clientes dentro de Caracas y zonas industriales circunvecinas.

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos:

Diagnóstico y programación de marcas reconocidas de paneles de alarma (ej. Notifier, Fire-Lite, Simplex, Edwards/EST, Bosch, Mircom, Honeywell, entre otras).

Manejo de instrumental de medición eléctrica y electrónica (multímetro, probadores de humo/gas, megalómetro).

Lectura e interpretación de planos eléctricos y diagramas de conexionado.

Familiaridad con la normativa nacional (Normas Covenin aplicables a protección contra incendios) e internacionales (NFPA 72 - Código Nacional de Alarmas de Incendio).

Competencias y Habilidades

Capacidad de análisis para la resolución de fallas complejas y diagnóstico de circuitos.

Orientación al detalle, orden y pulcritud en el trabajo técnico.

Responsabilidad y puntualidad en las visitas programadas a clientes.

Comunicación clara y trato respetuoso con el personal cliente.
