Cargo: Vendedor

Empresa líder en el sector de refrigeración, dedicada a brindar productos y servicios de alta calidad a nuestros clientes, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Vendedor altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo de ventas.

Como vendedor/a, serás responsable de promocionar y vender nuestros productos a clientes potenciales, así como de mantener y desarrollar relaciones con los clientes actuales. Tu principal objetivo será alcanzar y superar las metas de ventas, a la vez que brindas un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Atender activamente y contactar a clientes potenciales para promocionar y vender nuestros productos.

- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelización.

- Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar posibles oportunidades de venta y mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias del sector.

- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas.

- Utilizar diversas técnicas de venta para persuadir a los clientes a realizar una compra.

- Mantener registros precisos de ventas, interacciones con clientes y transacciones.

- Proporcionar retroalimentación oportuna y precisa al gerente de ventas sobre el desempeño de las ventas y las tendencias del mercado.

- Mantente al día sobre el conocimiento del producto, los precios y las promociones.

- Atender las consultas, quejas y solicitudes de los clientes de manera profesional y oportuna.

- Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas y contribuir al éxito general de la empresa.

Requisitos:

-Residenciado en Caracas

- Título de bachillerato o equivalente; se prefiere una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.

- Experiencia demostrable como vendedor o en un puesto similar.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales

- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y persuasión

- Orientado al servicio al cliente con una actitud positiva.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

- Dominio de MS Office y software CRM

- Gestión del sistema KLK (sin limitación)

- Orientado a resultados con una sólida ética de trabajo.
