REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DEL CARGO:

-Nivel Educativo : TSU y/o Universitario

-Experiencia: 3 años mínimo

-Vehículo: Obligatorio (En buen estado)

-Cartera clientes: Ferreteros o afines (Obligatorio)

-Buena presencia

Conocimientos especiales

-Conocimiento del producto o servicio: Dominio total de las características, beneficios y aplicaciones del ramo ferretero y afines.

-Técnicas de prospección: Capacidad para identificar y calificar clientes potenciales en el mercado.

-Políticas de la empresa: Entendimiento claro de los procesos de pago, envíos, devoluciones y garantías.

-Manejo de paquete office

-Gestión del tiempo y organización: Planificar la agenda diaria, el seguimiento de prospectos y las prioridades comerciales.

-Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para hablar con claridad, escuchar con atención y conectar con las personas de forma natural.
