Garantizar que los productos elaborados cumplan con los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la empresa y las regulaciones gubernamentales.

𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻̃𝗮𝗿:

  • Realizar inspecciones y pruebas periódicas en las materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Utilizar equipos y técnicas de laboratorio para realizar análisis químicos, físicos y microbiológicos de los productos alimenticios, identificando posibles contaminantes o irregularidades.
  • Mantener registros precisos de los resultados de las pruebas y análisis realizados, así como de cualquier acción correctiva tomada en caso de desviaciones en la calidad del producto.
  • Identificar y documentar cualquier desviación en la calidad del producto, investigando las causas subyacentes y colaborando con otros departamentos para implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Realizar auditorías internas periódicas para evaluar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad establecidos, identificando áreas de mejora y proponiendo soluciones.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como producción, compras y logística, para garantizar la conformidad con los estándares de calidad en todas las etapas del proceso de producción y distribución de alimentos.
