Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones comerciales estratégicas para expandir el portafolio de clientes y promover productos financieros del banco, especialmente en el sector automotriz, garantizando el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas y el posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado.

Nivel de instrucción: Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing.

Experiencia: 1 año en posiciones comerciales similares en banca o sector financiero en administración de portafolio empresas.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:

- Paquete de Office. Excel intermedio

- Análisis financiero Avanzado

- Técnicas de venta: Intermedio

- Generación de cuadros analíticos para toma de decisiones

- Conocimiento de negocios de adquirencia/establecimientos (convenios, auspicios, alianzas estratégicas).

- Experiencia en créditos vehiculares. Intermedio

- Conocimientos de producto de tarjeta de crédito empresarial: Avanzado

- Comportamiento de portafolios de créditos vehiculares

- Inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado

- Manejo de datos, comprensión de análisis de market share

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollo y Gestión de Relaciones Comerciales: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con concesionarios de automóviles, comprendiendo sus necesidades financieras y ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas para fortalecer la colaboración y satisfacción del cliente.

- Promoción y Venta de Productos Financieros vehiculares: Comercializar y vender productos financieros del banco específicos para el sector automotriz, como créditos vehiculares, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas y la expansión del portafolio de clientes.

- Análisis y Monitoreo del Mercado Automotriz: Realizar un análisis constante del mercado automotriz y de financiamiento vehicular, identificando tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas, y ajustando las estrategias comerciales en consecuencia para maximizar la competitividad y el posicionamiento de los productos financieros de la institución.

- Gestión de Portafolio de Clientes de Concesionarios: Administrar y optimizar el portafolio de clientes concesionarios, implementando acciones para la retención y fidelización, así como para la captación de nuevos concesionarios, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio en este sector.

- Reportes y Análisis de Desempeño: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño comercial en el sector de créditos vehiculares, analizando indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y proporcionando insights y recomendaciones para mejorar la eficacia de las estrategias comerciales y alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales.
