✹ Votre rîle chez nous

En tant que Category Manager, vous ĂȘtes responsable de la stratĂ©gie, de la performance et du dĂ©veloppement de vos catĂ©gories de produits.

Vous analysez le marchĂ©, les performances et les tendances afin de construire une offre cohĂ©rente, compĂ©titive et alignĂ©e avec la stratĂ©gie d’Extra Shop.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Achats, Vente, Marketing et Logistique et contribuez activement à la croissance et à la rentabilité de vos catégories.

🌟 Concrùtement, il faut :

đŸ‘„ Management

  • Superviser et accompagner le Category Buyer et Assistant Buyers
  • Fixer des objectifs clairs et suivre la performance de l’équipe
  • Former, coacher et dĂ©velopper les collaborateurs
  • Assurer un fonctionnement structurĂ© et performant de l’ülot d’achat

🎯 StratĂ©gie & Assortiment

  • DĂ©finir la largeur et la profondeur de l’assortiment
  • Composer une offre produits Ă©quilibrĂ©e, cohĂ©rente et performante
  • GĂ©rer les marques, y compris les produits d’importation
  • Superviser le renouvellement des assortiments
  • Optimiser les assortiments en fonction des performances et des tendances

💰 Pricing & Performance

  • DĂ©finir une stratĂ©gie de prix cohĂ©rente et compĂ©titive
  • Mettre en place des promotions et des actions de dĂ©stockage
  • Suivre les marges, la rotation et les niveaux de stock
  • Garantir la rentabilitĂ© et la performance de la catĂ©gorie
  • Suivre et analyser les KPI (chiffre d’affaires, marges, performance)

  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les dĂ©partements Vente, Logistique, Marketing et Finance
  • Travailler avec les Ă©quipes terrain pour identifier les besoins et opportunitĂ©s
  • Assurer une exĂ©cution cohĂ©rente de la stratĂ©gie

🛍 Merchandising & Marketing

  • DĂ©finir les typologies de magasins
  • Participer Ă  l’élaboration des planogrammes
  • Superviser le packaging des produits

  • Vous ĂȘtes trĂšs Ă  l’aise avec les chiffres, l’analyse de performance et les KPI et ĂȘtes capable de les transformer en dĂ©cision concrĂštes
  • Vous avez une expĂ©rience en management ou coordination d’équipe
  • Vous ĂȘtes un(e) leader structurant(e), capable de fĂ©dĂ©rer et faire Ă©voluer une Ă©quipe

  • Vous communiquez efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variĂ©s
