✹ Votre rîle chez nous

En tant que Chef d’équipe au sein de notre dĂ©pĂŽt logistique, vous ĂȘtes le garant du bon fonctionnement opĂ©rationnel et humain. Vous assurez l’organisation des activitĂ©s quotidiennes, supervisez les flux de marchandises et accompagnez vos collaborateurs dans leur dĂ©veloppement.

🌟 Concrùtement, il faut :

  • Organiser le fonctionnement du dĂ©pĂŽt selon le planning transmis et respecter les objectifs fixĂ©s.
  • Être un coach de proximitĂ© pour soutenir et dĂ©velopper vos collaborateurs.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les shifts et transmettre les informations nĂ©cessaires.
  • PrĂ©parer et participer activement aux briefings d’équipe et anticiper les besoins pour garantir la fluiditĂ© des opĂ©rations.
  • Superviser l’ensemble du processus, de la prĂ©paration au chargement des camions.
  • Encadrer le picking sur le terrain, prĂ©parer et positionner les palettes.
  • GĂ©rer les zones spĂ©cifiques (ZPROBLEM 1-2-3, Lost and Found).
  • GĂ©rer les plannings et les demandes de congĂ©s.
  • Relayer les procĂ©dures et rĂšgles de fonctionnement de l’entrepĂŽt.
  • Suivre les normes de sĂ©curitĂ©, vĂ©rifier le port les EPI et assurer le suivi en cas d’accident de travail.
  • RĂ©aliser les Ă©valuations annuelles et organiser les formations.

  • Vous avez une rĂ©elle capacitĂ© Ă  encadrer et former une Ă©quipe.
  • Vous ĂȘtes disposĂ© Ă  travailler en journĂ©e et ou en alternance de shifts (05h00 - 13h00 / 13h00 - 21h00 / 07h00 - 15h30)
  • Vous maĂźtrisez les outils informatiques (scans, logiciels WMS
).
  • Vous savez utiliser les engins de manutention motorisĂ©s (CACES 1-3-5)
  • Vous ĂȘtes capable d’analyser des KPI et d’adapter votre stratĂ©gie en consĂ©quence.
  • Vous ĂȘtes proactif, orientĂ© amĂ©lioration continue et force de proposition.
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilitĂ©s et du respect des rĂšgles de sĂ©curitĂ©.
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilitĂ©, d’adaptabilitĂ© et d’un bon esprit d’initiative.
