✹ Votre rîle chez nous

En tant que Store Manager, vous jouez un rĂŽle clĂ© dans la rĂ©ussite de Extra Shop : vous ĂȘtes Ă  la fois leader d’équipe, garant de l’organisation du magasin et ambassadeur de l’expĂ©rience client, et surtout, un vrai coach pour votre Ă©quipe.

🌟 Concrùtement, il faut :

  • Organiser le quotidien de votre magasin : planification des tĂąches, ouverture/fermeture, suivi des livraisons et des implantations
  • Coacher votre Ă©quipe avec Ă©nergie : vous motivez, formez, Ă©valuez, et accompagnez chaque collaborateur pour le faire Ă©voluer
  • Assurer la sĂ©curitĂ© et le bon fonctionnement du magasin au quotidien
  • Participer activement aux tĂąches opĂ©rationnelles : caisse, rĂ©assort, commandes, mise en place des actions commerciales
  • Veiller Ă  un service client irrĂ©prochable, en incarnant nos valeurs et mĂ©thodes (SBRAM, les 4C)
  • Garantir une prĂ©sentation impeccable du magasin : plein, propre, bien rangĂ©, agrĂ©able Ă  parcourir
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des actions concrĂštes pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Recruter les Ă©tudiants de votre magasin
  • IntĂ©grer et faire le suivi des nouveaux collaborateur, avec le soutien des ressources humaines
  • Etre en lien avec les autres dĂ©partements pour assurer une collaboration fluide
