Eye Watch Security Group is een professionele en groeiende beveiligingsorganisatie die dagelijks zorgt voor de veiligheid van mensen, organisaties en locaties. Met een team van beveiligers, planners, leidinggevenden en ondersteunende collega's werken we vanuit verschillende locaties en projecten in Nederland. Onze dienstverlening is dynamisch: geen dag is hetzelfde en dat vraagt om een organisatie die snel kan schakelen, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en goed georganiseerd is.

Binnen Eye Watch Security Group heeft HR een belangrijke en brede rol. Onze medewerkers vormen de basis van onze dienstverlening. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat HR niet alleen zorgt voor een goede personeelsadministratie, maar ook een zichtbare en betrokken partner is voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden en directie.

Als Allround HR Specialist vervul je een zelfstandige en veelzijdige HR-rol binnen Eye Watch Security Group. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je krijgt de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om HR-vraagstukken zelfstandig op te pakken, van begin tot eind.

Je bent betrokken bij verschillende fases van de employee journey: van de indiensttreding van nieuwe medewerkers en het beheren van arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsdossiers tot verzuimbegeleiding, functioneren, ontwikkeling en uiteindelijk de uitdiensttreding. Daarnaast kijk je actief naar de manier waarop HR binnen Eye Watch is ingericht. Je signaleert waar processen beter, slimmer of efficiënter kunnen en neemt zelf het initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren.

Kortom: een zelfstandige HR-positie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, waarin je niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook adviseert, verbetert en daadwerkelijk invloed hebt op de verdere ontwikkeling van HR binnen Eye Watch Security Group.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Allround HR Specialist ben je betrokken bij de volle breedte van HR. Van de dagelijkse administratie en indiensttreding tot verzuim, verloningen het adviseren van de directie.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Begeleiden van in-, door- en uitstroom;
  • Beheren van de HR-administratie en personeelsdossiers;
  • Begeleiden en opvolgen van verzuimdossiers;
  • Adviseren van medewerkers, supervisors en directie over HR-vraagstukken;
  • Bewaken van de geldende wet- en regelgeving en cao;
  • Verbeteren en automatiseren van HR-processen, bijvoorbeeld rondom verlof en verzuim;
  • Je ziet wat er beter kan, neemt initiatief én zorgt dat het geregeld wordt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen HR;
  • Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt kennis van HR-administratie, verzuim en arbeidsrecht;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk;
  • Je neemt initiatief en houdt ervan om zaken aan te pakken;
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en ziet kansen om processen slimmer in te richten;
  • Ervaring met AFAS is een pre;
  • Je woont bij voorkeur binnen 35 kilometer van Venlo.
