Beveiligingsmedewerker winkelcentrum Venlo – Eye Watch Security Group

Werktijden:

  • Maandad t/m Vrijdag: 13:00 – 21:00
  • Weekend: 11:30 – 20:00

Zorg jij voor veiligheid én een gastvrije sfeer? Als winkelbeveiliger bij Eye Watch Security Group ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht op de winkelvloer. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, weet situaties goed in te schatten en handelt doortastend. Dankzij jouw inzet voelen klanten en medewerkers zich welkom én veilig.

Jouw taken binnen de beveiliging:

  • Preventieve winkelsurveillance: zichtbaar aanwezig zijn om diefstal, fraude en overlast te voorkomen.
  • Toezicht op winkelgebieden en routes: surveilleren bij o.a. AH XL, Gall&Gall en in publieke ruimtes.
  • Brand- en sluitronde (20:45): panden controleren en afsluiten volgens protocol.
  • Toezicht & veiligheid: gedrag van personeel, winkeliers en publiek monitoren.
  • Beveiligingsadvies: risico’s signaleren en proactief verbeteringen aandragen.
  • Systeembeheer: werken met ontruimings-, inbraak- en brandmeldsystemen (BMI).

Jij hebt talent voor beveiliging als je:

  • Een scherp oog hebt voor verdachte situaties en snel handelt.
  • Communicatief sterk bent: gastvrij voor klanten, duidelijk voor collega’s.
  • Meertalig bent: Nederlands, Engels en Duits.
  • Professioneel blijft onder druk en daadkrachtig optreedt bij incidenten.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Diploma Beveiliger 2 (MBO Beveiliging).
  • Representatieve en stressbestendige houding.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar: ook in avonden en weekenden.
  • Ervaring in winkel- of objectbeveiliging is een pré.
  • Certificaten BHV, BMI-beheer en Security Awareness zijn een pluspunt (of bereidheid deze te behalen).
