Wat ga je doen als Centralist bij Eye Watch Security?

Als Centralist binnen het Operations Center werk je in een hecht team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid van onze klanten en hun eigendommen. Doormiddel van de Videowall houd je toezicht, verwerk je alarmen volgens instructies & protocollen en verwerk je de rapportages.

Stressvolle situaties passeren de revue, wat betekent dat je je hoofd koel moet kunnen houden. Je schakelt snel en adequaat waarbij je een servicegerichte instelling hebt en klanten vriendelijk te woord staat.

Verder houd je je bezig met:

  • Het uitlezen van camerabeelden en reageren bij onregelmatigheden;
  • Aannemen van alarmen, aanmaken van taakalarmen en doorzetten naar de juiste surveillant indien aanwezig;
  • Sluitbegeleiding via camera's;
  • Correct opstellen van formulieren voor de klant;
  • Openen en sluiten van slagbomen bij klanten.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je bent in het bezit van het diploma BoCa of Beveiliger 2;
  • Je kunt goed werken met geautomatiseerde systemen;
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en een eigen auto;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor dag-, nacht-, weekend- en feestdagendiensten;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed;
  • Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.

  • Een contract van 16-38 uur per week beschikbaarheid;
  • Salaris tussen €2.850 en €3.450 bruto per maand;
