岗位职责： - 负责机器人动作研发与部署平台后端架构设计与核心模块开发，保障系统的高可用与可扩展性 - 设计并实现 RESTful / RPC 接口，支撑前端交互与跨服务调用 - 参与数据模型设计与数据库优化，确保数据存储与查询性能 - 集成消息队列、缓存等中间件，处理异步任务与高并发场景 - 编写清晰、规范的技术文档（接口文档、设计方案、变更记录等） - 参与代码评审，推动工程规范与质量持续提升

任职要求： - 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业 - 扎实的计算机基础，熟悉常用数据结构、算法及设计模式（如工厂、策略、观察者等） - 熟练掌握 Java/Python/Go一种或多种，熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 框架的使用 - 熟悉微服务架构，具备 RPC 框架（如 gRPC、Dubbo）及 RESTful API 的设计与开发经验 - 熟练使用 PostgreSQL，了解索引优化与查询调优；熟悉 Redis 缓存策略及 RocketMQ 等消息队列的应用 - 熟悉 Git 工作流，适应代码评审（Code Review）与 CI/CD 驱动的团队协作模式 - 具备良好的英文技术文档阅读与写作能力

加分项： - 熟悉 Docker 与 Kubernetes，有云原生应用开发或部署经验 - 了解机器学习基础概念，有与算法团队协作的经验 - 有机器人、IoT 或实时控制系统相关开发经验 - 有技术博客、开源项目贡献等可展示的技术成果
