岗位定位 负责面向人形机器人的全身移动操作算法研发，让机器人能够在真实场景中完成“看见目标、理解任务、规划动作、稳定执行”的闭环能力，包括移动、灵巧操作、全身协调与任务泛化。

岗位职责 1. 开发适用于人形机器人的全身移动操作算法，覆盖目标感知、任务理解、动作生成、轨迹规划等能力。 2. 负责操作数据体系建设，包括数据采集、清洗标注、数据处理、训练样本构建与质量评估。 3. 参与操作模型训练、推理优化、仿真验证与真机部署，提升机器人在真实任务中的成功率、泛化性和稳定性。 4. 跟踪VLA、WAM、post-training等前沿方向，并推动可工程化方案在产品中验证。

任职要求 1. 熟悉机器人操作相关算法，包括 VLA、WAM、强化学习后训练等。 2. 有操作模型开发经验，理解数据采集、数据处理、模型训练、推理优化、评测和真机部署的基本流程。 3. 熟练使用 C++、Python，具备良好的算法实现、工程调试和系统集成能力。 4. 熟悉机器人常用技术栈，如 ROS/ROS2、仿真平台、机器人传感器、机械臂或人形机器人控制接口。 5. 热爱人形机器人事业，愿意面对真实机器人系统中的不确定性、数据噪声、失败样本和长期迭代。 加分项 - 在 ICRA、IROS、CoRL、RSS 等机器人会议发表过机器人操作、移动操作或灵巧操作相关论文。
